International Shipping

Returns
Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can contact our team through the “Contact Us” page to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number and the address to which you should return the order. Do not return any products without an RMA number. All products must be returned in their original packaging, with only a small amount of perfume used from testing. Upon receiving your return, you will receive a confirmation email. Once your return has been inspected and approved, a credit will be applied to your original payment method.
30 Days to Return
If you are not completely satisfied with your fragrance, you have up to 30 days to return it. We hope you will love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned.
Exchanges
If you are not happy with the perfume or made a mistake with your order, please contact our team through the “Contact Us” page to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) number for your return. Once we have received and approved your return, we will send you an email with a discount code for the original value of your return.
